EventLeader respects the privacy of its online visitors. The platform does not collect personal data, unless it is provided on a voluntary basis. By completing and submitting a form or sending an email, you give EventLeader permission to store and use his or her personal data for the purpose of providing requested information and services and for participation in the event. Personal data provided during a visit to this website may be collected and stored in a file. Personal data will only be processed if this is compatible with the purpose of the collection of personal data as set out below.

What does Eventleader do with your data?

If you voluntarily provide your data for the purpose of being kept up to date with certain information and/or activities regarding your registration for an event, the data you provide will only be used for this purpose.

Your data will be used:

  • for your participation in the event, and/or
  • To keep you updated with interesting and relevant information and to offer our services around the event.

The personal data collected will not be sold or made available to third parties. The latter except for special circumstances, e.g., if required by law. As an organisation, we do not pursue commercial objectives, so your personal data will not be used for this purpose.

Recordings

Several interactive sessions may be recorded. In some sessions you may be asked to turn on your camera and/or microphone. Please keep in mind that this may appear in the recordings. You can ask the organisation of the event what these recordings will be used for.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and tracking software to understand how visitors use the website. This software is provided by Google Analytics, which uses cookies to track visitor usage. Retention period of personal data

EventLeader shall not retain personal data that it processes any longer than is necessary for the purpose of the data processing or as required under the Archive Act. In general, your data will be deleted after 3 months following the end of the event.

EventLeader has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss of personal data or unlawful processing.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EventLeader is exempt from notifying the Data Protection Authority.

Your rights

You can request your personal data and have it corrected or deleted. In addition, you can object to the use of your data. For further information, please contact the organisation of the event where you registered or contact us directly at info@eventleader.nl.
